Purpose

Scope

Expected Behavior

All employees are expected to:

  • Report to work on time and observe official working hours
  • Dress appropriately and maintain a professional appearance
  • Communicate politely and professionally with colleagues, clients, and the public

Be Collaborative

  • Work constructively and supportively with colleagues
  • Promote teamwork, cooperation, and mutual respect

Be Accountable

  • Take responsibility for one’s actions and their impact on others
  • Follow lawful instructions of supervisors and management

Act with Integrity and Honesty

  • Act truthfully and ethically in all work-related activities
  • Provide accurate information and truthful reports
  • Avoid fraud, dishonesty, misrepresentation, or falsification of records
  • Declare and avoid conflicts of interest

Respect in the Workplace

Employees must help maintain a workplace that is safe and respectful by:

  • Treating everyone with fairness and courtesy
  • Maintaining a workplace free from harassment, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation
  • Respecting personal boundaries and privacy
  • Using proper channels when raising concerns or complaints

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
  • Offensive or inappropriate comments related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion
  • Intimidation, threats, or acts of violence
  • Inappropriate or unauthorized use of company resources or information
  • Violation of confidentiality or privacy
  • Any conduct that creates an unsafe, hostile, or unwelcoming work environment

Use of Company Property and Resources

Employees are expected to:

  • Use company property, equipment, systems, and supplies responsibly
  • Protect company assets from damage, loss, or misuse
  • Use company resources strictly for authorized work-related purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times

Compliance with Laws and Company Policies

All employees must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and management directives
  • Observe safety, health, and security regulations
  • Uphold company values and protect the company’s reputation

Reporting Violations

Employees who experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct are encouraged to:

  • Address the issue directly with the person involved, if they feel safe doing so
  • Report the matter to their immediate supervisor or HR representative
  • Use available anonymous reporting channels, if any
  • All reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially. Retaliation against anyone who reports violations in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Accountability

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in appropriate action in accordance with company policies.
