MANDATORY WORKPLACE SAFETY COMPLIANCE

Universal Application:

The safety rules and procedures outlined in this section apply to all individuals physically present within the Company premises or representing the Company in the field. This includes all Regular Employees, Probationary Staff, Project-Based Personnel, and Interns/OJT students, regardless of their rank or employment status.

Execution of Safety Protocols:

All individuals are strictly mandated to follow established safety procedures, including the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Adherence to office security, electrical safety, and emergency exit protocols is non-negotiable.

Duty to Report Hazards:

Every person on-site has a mandatory responsibility to immediately report identified safety concerns, "near-miss" incidents, or hazardous conditions to the Administrative Department.

Mandatory Training & Drills:

Participation in fire drills, earthquake simulations, and OSH orientations is a requirement for everyone present in the office. Failure of any individual to comply with safety instructions during an emergency or drill shall be subject to disciplinary action or termination of the engagement (for interns/contractors).
