🤝 CROSS-TRAINING & INTER-COMPANY SUPPORT (Admin/Accounting Staff)

SciBiz Informatics Inc. operates as a Shared Services Hub. All Admin, HR, and Accounting personnel are hired to support the entire ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations for all current and future entities (e.g., Paytaca).

The "Total Support" Mandate

  • One-Team Approach: One-Team Approach: While you may be assigned a primary focus area, your employment is with SciBiz. You are required to provide support across all client accounts and business units as directed by Management.

  • Operational Flexibility: Task assignments are based on current company priorities. The refusal of a task based on the claim that it falls "outside of a primary account" is a violation of the Total Support Mandate.

  • Accountability: As specified in the Company Code of Discipline, refusal to support an assigned entity or client shall be treated as Insubordination or Neglect of Duty.

Mandatory Cross-Training (The Buddy System)

To ensure 100% operational continuity during leaves, emergencies, or WFH rotations, every staff member must maintain competency in the "Core Tasks" of their department for all entities.

Service Continuity & Redundancy

  • The Buddy Rule: Every primary task must have at least one (1) "Backup" staff member trained to take over immediately.

  • Knowledge Transfer: It is the responsibility of the primary account holder to ensure their "Buddy" is updated on any changes in workflows or client-specific requirements.
