A. Management Prerogative

The Company maintains the absolute right to modify, add, supplement, or revoke any policy, benefit, or practice outlined in this Handbook at its sole discretion. This ensures that our operations remain compliant with evolving labor laws and the dynamic needs of the technology and fintech industries.

B. Notification and Supplemental Memos

In instances where specific rules or scenarios are not explicitly covered in this version of the Handbook, the Company shall address such matters through Official Internal Memos.

• Authority: These memos carry the same weight and authority as the policies written in this handbook.
• Notification: Employees will be formally notified of any significant changes or supplemental memos through the Company’s official communication channels.

C. Source of Truth and Future Versions

The digital version of the Handbook hosted on the SciBiz HR Portal shall always be considered the Official Source of Truth. Upon the release of a major update (e.g., Version 2026.2.), all employees will be required to review the new document and sign a subsequent Acknowledgment Letter.
